When posting your app use this format! If you don't you will be asked to change it!
The "M." is for the middle initial! Example, if I was doing an application for this account:

Our generic app is sort of different! It's pretty self explanatory! Be sure to delete any sidenotes, and have fun! Should look a little bit like this, but with you filling it out!

THE FREEFORM APP

Incase you don't want to use our Generic App, you may create your own! You may use any format, Autobiography, Biography, Poem, Short Story, Letter, as long as we can tell what's going on with the character! This Freeform app must be at least 150 words!
